Sharks Coach resigns over Carney's antics
CRONULLA'S NRL season continues to deteriorate with the club announcing the resignation of coach Peter Sharp.
The announcement follows the sacking of Cronulla playmaker Todd Carney on Sunday after he appeared in a photo urinating into his mouth.
Sharp was appointed interim coach of the team in December, taking over when Shane Flanagan was suspended by the NRL for his role in the club's 2011 supplements program being investigated by ASADA.
The Sharks have had a woeful season in 2014 on and off the field and are sitting in last place.
