Human Resource (HR) Administrator:
Connolly Key Joint Pty Ltd is seeking a Human Resource Administrator to join our Team. The successful person will be a member of the team and be responsible for a range of HR activities focusing on employee processes related to recruitment, development, and retention and personnel file management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Assisting with and maintaining procedures for staff recruitment.
• Assist with screening resumes, employment & reference checking, interviewing of potential new employees and monitoring probation/trial periods.
• Creation of employment offer letters and contracts for all successful new employees.
• Ensure all new employees documentation is provided, completed and returned as per company requirements.
• Track and maintain staff movements, conditions and employment updates and any changes as required per company expectations.
• Accurately administrating & managing personnel documentation and employee files.
• Support payroll to ensure accuracy of time sheets on a weekly basis and assist with employee terminations in a timely and accurate manner when required.
• Assist with maintenance of company Quality Assurance (QA) requirements.
• Assisting with development and implementation of training strategies and programs.
• Manage new employee inductions and training requirements as well as re training existing employees when needed.
• Monitoring and inputting relevant information pertaining to (daily) production staff performance expectations/outcomes via company platform.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports on employee data.
Experience in a previous HR administration role as well as strong computer skills along with any previous payroll experience and relevant educational qualifications would be desired.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail as well as a proactive, positive and professional attitude would be expected.
